Status Certificate

The Status Certificate is an integral document when an owner is selling or refinancing their condominium.

Upon receipt of a written request and $100.00 payment, the corporation shall produce the status certificate package within 10 days of the request.

We provide all Status Certificates within the specified timelines if not in advance of them. Upon receipt we would recommend that all purchasers take the time to read through the documents thoroughly so that you understand the specifics of the condominium corporation you are buying into. You should ask your lawyer to explain anything you don't understand.
